It is the age of eighteen years when a youth can think of construction over destruction, hope over despair and freedom over all restraints. It is a period to mark the irresistible strength of youth who have all the potentialities to poleax at the very root of the prevailing iniquitous political system, to uproot the social evils and inane customs and rekindle the hope of justice that has been neglected for so many years.
